Error on record update: Incorrect integer value: 'False' for column 'done' at row 1

When i tap to a profile it just drop downs behind two buttons

I have created a table (Progam List) that pulls data from a Firebase collection. When I create / use an export activity for the data related to the table and the data structure contains one or more Json data sets then the resulting exported spreadsheet (XLSX) contains a truncated set of data rather then the full Json (see Columns D & G of included Spread sheet) Note the Json is marked as store as object

I have created a table (Program_List) and linked a form. On selecting a row in the table the form displays more detailed information on the form all data comes from the same firebase collection. If the collection returning from firebase contains JSON (which is set to store as an object and display as fields) then the JSON data for the first selected record in the collection is shown but never updates on selecting subsequent records in the table. Here is the value that tells which collection field to show based on the selected item in the table =elements.Program_List["0"].selected_item.sequences

After I hit top right "Save page" * no loading animation is shown * no error message is shown but if I reload the page, it seems everything is lost: I get the welcome page that I would get for a new project (choose a template/select a data source).
