Big corporation with proper development and engineering processes request PR reviews. To date the review process inside JA is not clear and detailed enough. Only the change at the page level are provided. It could include 100 changes in the same page, but developer can't properly review what they are, as it's part of 1 single PR.

We need more granularity in the detail of the review. You might have the detail already it's just a matter of exposing the info in the log.
